If you message me via WhatsApp, you transmit your phone number to me. We use your number only for WhatsApp communication with you and we use the chat content only to handle your request. As an insurance broker with tax optimization, we may ask follow-up questions solely to clarify your concern and support you effectively.

Please also note WhatsApp's terms of use, which we cannot influence: when you install and use WhatsApp on your phone, you accept WhatsApp's terms and conditions. These include, among other things, granting WhatsApp Inc. access to your phone number and the contacts stored on your phone. If your request is personal or confidential (i.e., involves personal data), please provide an email address or phone number for further correspondence, as we do not respond to such matters via WhatsApp.

We will never ask you to share personal data with me via WhatsApp. If we need data from you, we will provide you with a suitable way to exchange it, such as a secure online chat.
